Award-winning film composer Deane Ogden is known for his experimental sensibilities and keen sense of filmic timing having written and conducted the scores for feature films such as The Sensei, Dreams On Spec, Family, Ball & Chain, and the upcoming comedy Knuckle Draggers. Deane has also written music for several television series over the last decade, including music for Survivor, HBO’s hit The Wire, NBC’s The Apprentice, LAX, and Medical Investigation, and ABC Family’s popular adventure series Exploration with Richard Wiese.

Jay’s vocal performance has been described as conjuring thoughts of Tim Buckley, Morrissey, Cat Stevens, James Taylor and Tracy Chapman whilst maintaining an identifiable uniqueness all his own. Matsueda’s lyrics have been crafted “to stand up as poetry independent of music.” than they do new wave. Matsueda’s repertoire mainly consists of songs born of odd situations that are somewhat unscripted in our society.
